Laser and Regenerative Dentistry – A Biological Approach to Treatment

Contemporary dentistry is increasingly focused on approaches that combine precision, minimal invasiveness, and maximum preservation of the patient’s own tissues. At Laser Dental Clinic, laser and regenerative methods are integrated into the individualized treatment plan according to the specific diagnosis, biological condition, and treatment goals.

Laser Technologies as Part of Comprehensive Treatment

Different laser technologies have different characteristics and clinical applications. Depending on the indications, they may be used in procedures involving hard and soft tissues, in periodontal, endodontic, surgical, and restorative protocols, as well as for photobiomodulation.

The choice of laser method, parameters, and protocol is individualized. Laser technology is not regarded as a treatment goal in itself, but as a clinical tool used when it can contribute to precision and a biologically oriented approach.

The Regenerative Approach

Regenerative dentistry is focused on creating the most favorable biological conditions possible for tissue preservation and recovery. Depending on the clinical case, appropriate regenerative and supportive methods may be incorporated as part of a comprehensive treatment protocol.

Their application is determined by the diagnosis, tissue condition, general and local risk factors, and the specific treatment goals. Not every method is appropriate for every patient, and regenerative potential varies individually.

From Technology to the Individualized Treatment Plan

At Laser Dental Clinic, technologies do not replace clinical judgment. They complement diagnostics and treatment when they have a clearly defined role in the individual clinical case.

Within MFSP™ – Medical Functional Stability Protocol, biological, structural, and functional findings are evaluated comprehensively. When indicated, laser and regenerative approaches are integrated into subsequent treatment stages and into the BOSS – Biological, Occlusal and Structural Strategy.

The aim is not simply to use contemporary technology, but to apply it precisely, at the appropriate time, for the appropriate indications, and as part of an individually planned treatment process.
