To arrange an initial consultation and diagnostic assessment, please complete the form. State the main reason for your visit, whether you have pain or an urgent concern, and what examinations or imaging you already have.

We will contact you to discuss the necessary preparation and the earliest available appointment. Visits are by appointment only.

A reservation fee payable by bank transfer is required to confirm an initial appointment. We will provide the amount, bank details and terms when arranging your visit.

Submitting the form is a contact request and does not automatically book an appointment. For urgent concerns, please contact us by phone.

Once a date and time have been agreed upon, you will need to transfer €25 to a bank account to confirm the appointment. This amount is fully deducted from the cost of the initial consultation and is not an additional fee.
