BOSYNC™ Biological, occlusal and structural restoration.

BOSYNC™

We restore function.

BOSYNC™ is the third stage of the Scientific & Clinical Concept of Laser Dental Clinic and follows the comprehensive diagnostics performed through MFSP™ and the biological stabilization achieved through Initial Therapy.

Once active pathological processes have been controlled and a stable biological foundation has been established, we proceed to the individually planned restoration of function, occlusion and the structural integrity of the masticatory system.

BOSYNC™ integrates biological, occlusal and structural factors into a unified treatment strategy. The objective is not simply to restore an individual tooth or replace a missing structure, but to achieve the best possible balance between healthy tissues, function, occlusion and definitive restorations.

The Three Core Components of  BOSYNC™

B — Biological | Biological Stability

The biological stability achieved during Initial Therapy must be preserved and protected throughout all subsequent stages of treatment.

Treatment decisions take into account the condition of the teeth, periodontal and soft tissues, bone support, individual risk factors and the possibility of maintaining the achieved result over the long term.

Restoration must remain in harmony with biology.

O — Occlusal | Occlusal Stability

Teeth and restorations do not function in isolation. They are part of an integrated masticatory system in which tooth contacts, mandibular movements, muscular function and the temporomandibular joints are interconnected.

When the clinical case requires it, occlusion and function are analysed before and during restorative treatment.

The aim is to create conditions for functional balance, controlled distribution of loads and stability of the achieved treatment result.

S — Structural | Structural Stability

Structural restoration aims to restore the compromised integrity of the teeth and masticatory system while preserving healthy tissues to the greatest extent possible.

Depending on the individual clinical case, this may include restorative, orthodontic, prosthetic, periodontal, surgical and implant treatment, or an appropriate combination of these disciplines.

The choice of treatment approach, materials and restorations is determined individually according to the biological and functional conditions, clinical prognosis and long-term treatment objectives.

Individualized Treatment Strategy

BOSYNC™  is not a single procedure, nor is it the same treatment plan for every patient.

It is an individually designed strategy based on the results of MFSP™, the biological stabilization achieved and the patient’s specific functional and structural needs.

For one patient, the required treatment may be limited to restoring individual teeth. For another, a sequential combination of several clinical disciplines may be necessary.

The scope, sequence and duration of treatment are determined individually.

Multidisciplinary Integrated Treatment

When the clinical case requires it, BOSYNC integrates different disciplines of dental medicine into a unified treatment strategy rather than treating them as unrelated individual procedures.

Orthodontic movement, periodontal stability, tooth restoration, prosthetic reconstruction, surgical or implant treatment are planned in a sequence determined by the individual diagnosis and the final functional objective.

In this way, each stage of treatment prepares for and supports the next.

When Is Active Treatment Complete?

The completion of individual procedures does not necessarily mean that the overall treatment is complete.

The result is evaluated in relation to the initial diagnosis and the individualized treatment plan – including tissue condition, restored function, occlusal and structural stability, and the ability to maintain the achieved condition over time.

When the treatment objectives have been achieved, the patient transitions from active treatment to an individualized program of long-term follow-up and maintenance.

Long-Term Stability Is Part of Treatment

Definitive restoration is not the end of care.

Biological tissues, occlusion, restorations and functional status may change over time. For this reason, periodic clinical and functional monitoring is an essential part of maintaining the achieved result.

The frequency and content of the maintenance program are determined individually according to the patient’s risk profile, treatment performed and clinical condition.

Our Philosophy

We do not restore teeth alone. We restore function within a biologically stable environment.

For us, successful treatment is the result of the correct sequence:

diagnostics → biological stabilization → functional and structural restoration → long-term maintenance.

BOSYNC™ therefore does not stand alone. It is the natural continuation of MFSP™ and Initial Therapy and completes the active treatment sequence of the Scientific & Practical Concept of Laser Dental Clinic.

Conclusion

BOSYNC™ is an individualized biological, occlusal and structural treatment strategy aimed at restoring function and structural integrity while preserving the biological stability already achieved.

By integrating the necessary clinical disciplines into one sequential treatment strategy, we aim not merely for a completed restoration, but for an outcome that can remain functionally stable, clinically monitored and maintained over the long term.

In this way, the three stages come together in one complete sequence:

MFSP™ → Initial Therapy / Biological Stabilization → BOSYNC™ → Long-Term Maintenance

with one common goal:

Sustainable Health.
