Pricing, Payment & Financial Plan

At Laser Dental Clinic, the cost of treatment is determined individually according to the clinical condition, the diagnostics required, the selected treatment approach and the sequence of the different treatment stages. In complex cases, the treatment and financial plan is prepared after the necessary diagnostic information has been collected and analysed.

1.  Can I receive an exact price before the initial examination?

For certain procedures, indicative price ranges may be provided in advance. The exact cost of complex treatment is determined after the necessary diagnostic assessment, as a similar visible problem may require a different scope of treatment and a different sequence of procedures.

2.  Is a reservation deposit required for the comprehensive initial examination?

To confirm and reserve the proposed appointment, a EUR 25 reservation deposit is payable by bank transfer. If the appointment takes place, the amount is fully deducted from the fee for the initial examination.
In the event of non-attendance or cancellation by the patient, the deposit is non-refundable, as an individual clinical time block has been reserved. If sufficient notice is given, the clinic may, at its discretion, transfer the deposit once to a newly agreed appointment. Exceptional and unforeseen circumstances are considered individually.

3.  Will I receive a treatment and financial plan?

After the necessary diagnostic assessment has been completed, the patient receives a clear overview of the recommended treatment pathway, the main treatment stages and their financial implications.

4. Can treatment and payment be organised in stages?

When clinically appropriate, complex treatment may be organised in stages according to medical priorities, the required healing time and the sequence of the treatment procedures. The financial plan may accordingly be structured by treatment stages.

5.  Do you offer instalment financing?

Where appropriate, financing options through an external financial partner may be discussed. The specific terms and conditions are determined by the respective financial institution.

In partnership with MedLease EAD, we offer the option of financing your treatment through instalment payments. The process is convenient and entirely digital, and the application can be completed quickly and easily.
