1. How do I book a comprehensive initial examination?
Първата визита се организира предварително след контакт с Laser Dental Clinic. При записването уточняваме основния повод за консултацията и необходимото време.
За потвърждаване на предварително съгласувания час се заплаща по банков път резервационна сума от 24 €. Тя се приспада изцяло от цената на първичната консултация и не представлява допълнителна такса.
Банковите реквизити и основанието за плащане се предоставят след съгласуване на датата и часа с екипа на клиниката.
2. What information should I provide in advance?
It is helpful for us to have information in advance about your main concerns and treatment goals, general health, current medications, known allergies, previous dental treatment and any available medical or dental documentation.
3. Should I send X-rays or other examinations in advance?
If you have recent panoramic or intraoral X-rays, CBCT scans, laboratory results or other relevant documentation, these may be provided in advance. Following the examination, the clinician will determine whether any additional investigations are required.
4. What does the comprehensive initial examination include?
The comprehensive initial examination includes medical and dental history, clinical assessment and determination of the required diagnostic scope. Depending on the individual case, this may include functional, occlusal, periodontal, endodontic and postural assessment, clinical photography and additional instrumental examinations.
5. How much time should I allow for the first visit?
The time required depends on the complexity of the case and the scope of the planned diagnostics. When booking, we will advise you on the appropriate time interval for your specific visit.
6. What happens if I have an urgent dental problem?
In an urgent situation, the immediate problem and the need for emergency care are assessed first. Once the urgent condition has been stabilised, comprehensive diagnostics and further treatment may be planned when necessary.
