Initial Condition and Treatment Planning
Clinical and radiographic assessment identified caries, teeth requiring root canal treatment, and teeth positioned outside the dental arch. The patient did not wish to undergo prolonged orthodontic treatment. An individual plan for comprehensive care with prosthetic rehabilitation was selected.
Treatment Provided
Following caries treatment, in-office whitening of all teeth was performed. Root canal treatment and post-and-core restorations were carried out on the relevant teeth according to clinical and prosthetic indications.
Laser gingival reshaping was performed to prepare the gum contours before the definitive restorations. The prosthetic design was developed using temporary crowns in the upper and lower anterior regions.
Treatment was completed with all-ceramic e.max crowns fabricated using CAD/CAM technology and layered veneering ceramic.
Result
The photographs show the condition before and after comprehensive treatment and the final appearance of the smile.
The outcome is individual and does not guarantee the same result for another patient.
