Comprehensive Treatment Preserving the Existing Teeth and Roots

The patient experienced significant dental anxiety and wished to preserve the existing teeth and roots.

Comprehensive endodontic, periodontal and restorative treatment was provided, including clinical crown lengthening and gingivectomies, using topical anaesthesia, laser analgesia and laser-assisted techniques, without injectable local anaesthesia.

No existing tooth or root was extracted. Treatment was completed with crowns and bridges featuring zirconia frameworks and layered ceramic veneering.
