Gold is the highest level of the individualized maintenance program at Laser Dental Clinic for patients who require comprehensive, long-term, and priority follow-up of the achieved treatment outcome.
The program is structured individually according to the patient’s risk profile, periodontal and functional condition, the type and extent of completed treatment, existing restorations and prosthetic constructions, occlusal characteristics, and the need for more intensive follow-up.
During periodic visits, the condition of the teeth and periodontal tissues, oral hygiene, the stability of restorations and prosthetic constructions, occlusion, functional balance, and the long-term stability of the treatment outcome are assessed. When clinically indicated, additional diagnostic and functional assessments may be included.
The frequency and content of the visits are determined individually and may be adapted over time according to changes in the risk profile, clinical condition, and findings from subsequent examinations.
Gold includes priority scheduling of follow-up visits as part of long-term maintenance care.
The aim of Gold is the early identification of changes, control of risk factors, and long-term maintenance of the biological, structural, and functional stability of the achieved treatment outcome.
